JENNA CONWAY: Jenna Conway is chief school readiness officer for Virginia and a leader in the state’s COVID-19 response strategy, especially in terms of negotiating childcare support for workers deemed as essential personnel. Ms. Conway is a frequent presenter at VCCA events and a valued liaison between the childcare industry and government agencies.
